TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE “LOVE THE RIDE” PROMOTION

§1. General provisions

1. The organiser of the “LOVE THE RIDE” promotional campaign is EASY SURF Bartosz Grzesiek, ul. Św. Michała 100, 61-005 Poznań, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 7821239556.
2. The promotion is valid in the EASY-surfshop online store.
3. The promotion is time-limited and valid from 12 February 2026 (Thursday) to 15 February 2026 (Sunday), until the end of the day (11:59 PM) or until stocks last.

§2. Promotion rules

1. As part of the promotion, the Customer may receive two necklaces free of charge (0 €).
2. In order for the promotion to be applied, the cart must contain:
• at least one product other than a necklace, and
• a minimum of two necklaces included in the promotion.
3. Once the above conditions are met, the price of two necklaces will be automatically reduced to 0 € in the cart.
4. The promotion will not apply if the cart contains only necklaces (without any other products).
5. If more than two necklaces are added to the cart, the promotion applies only to two of them – any additional necklaces remain at their regular price.
6. Necklaces must be added to the cart manually – they are not added automatically to the order.

§3. Limitations

1. The promotion applies only to selected necklace models from brand FUN ELEMENTS available in the store and marked as included in the campaign.
2. The promotion is valid while stocks of promotional necklaces last.
3. The organiser reserves the right to end the promotion earlier without prior notice.

§4. Returns and complaints

1. In the case of returning an order that included free necklaces received as part of the promotion, the Customer is required to return the necklaces as well.
2. If the product that qualified the order for the promotion (a product other than a necklace) is returned, and the conditions of the promotion are no longer met, the organiser reserves the right to:
• reduce the refund amount by the regular price of the necklaces, or
• request their return.

§5. Final provisions

1. These Terms & Conditions are available on the EASY-surfshop website during the promotion period.
2. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
