Terms and Conditions of the "SUMMER Sale!" Promotion

§ 1 Organizer

1. The "SUMMER Sale!" ("Promotion") is organized by EASY SURF Bartosz Grzesiek, ul. Św. Michała 100, 61-005 Poznań, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7821239556, Business Registry No. (REGON): 631147690 ("Organizer").
2. The Organizer's business activity is registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) kept by the Minister competent for economy.

§ 2 General Provisions

1. The Promotion is conducted at the Organizer's online store available at https://easy-surfshop.com ("Organizer's Store").
2. Persons who meet the conditions of participation specified in these Terms and Conditions may participate in the Promotion ("Promotion Participants").

§ 3 Duration

1. The Promotion runs from July 1st, 2026, 12:00 pm, until further notice.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time, which will be announced on https://easy-surfshop.com.

§ 4 Rules of the Promotion

1. During the Promotion, the Participant may use a 10% price discount on products available in the Organizer's Store, subject to the exclusions listed in § 6 ("Products").
2. In order to take part in the Promotion, during its duration one must:
   a) add Products to the cart;
   b) before placing an order — in the "cart" section — enter the following discount code: SUMMER10.
3. If a Promotion Participant provides the discount code after placing an order, they shall not be entitled to use the Promotion.
4. Failure to enter the code means the purchaser has waived the right to use the Promotion for that transaction.
5. Once payment is made, the Purchaser loses the right to use the Promotion in relation to that transaction.

§ 5 Nature of the Promotion

1. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
2. The purchase of Products under the Promotion does not require the Participant to incur any additional costs other than the price of the Products and any costs selected by the Participant, such as delivery costs.
3. The discount is not exchangeable for any means of payment and is not redeemable for cash.

§ 6 Exclusions

1. The following products are excluded from the Promotion:
   a) Duotone products;
   b) ION products;
   c) JP-Australia 2026 (boards);
   d) NeilPryde 2026 (wings and sails);
   e) Cabrinha 2026 (kites, boards, wings);
   f) Gladiator 2026 products;
   g) Aqua Marina Go Turbo (electric boards);
   h) products from the Final Drop category.

§ 7 Combining with Other Promotions

1. The SUMMER10 code may also be applied to Products already offered at a reduced price (e.g. as part of a sale).
2. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes valid in the Organizer's Store, unless the terms of the other promotion state otherwise.

§ 8 Orders

1. During the Promotion, once an order has been placed, it is not possible to edit it or combine several orders into one.
2. If you wish to edit your order, you must cancel it and place a new, correct order.
3. If an order includes product(s) available from an external warehouse, the order will only be sent once the Organizer has received it. This also applies to orders that contain products available from the Organizer's own warehouse.

§ 9 Complaints

1. Promotion Participants may submit complaints regarding the Promotion to the Organizer's registered office address, or by e-mail to support@easy-surfshop.com.
2. Complaints should be reported within 14 days of the occurrence of the reasons justifying the complaint.
3. To speed up handling, please provide your name, contact details (e-mail or phone), and a description of the reasons for the complaint.
4. The Organizer shall respond promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days from submission.

§ 10 Amendments

1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended only for an important reason:
   a) a change in the law regulating the Promotion;
   b) a change in how the Promotion is conducted due to technical or technological reasons;
   c) a change in the scope or provision of services to which these Terms apply.
2. In case of amendments, the Organizer will publish the consolidated text at https://easy-surfshop.com.
3. Amendments are effective from the moment they are published at the address above.
