Do you accept cryptocurrency payments?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time. We currently only support traditional payment methods like card payments, bank transfers, and PayPal.

Is it possible to pay via invoice with a due date?

Currently, we do not offer the option to pay via invoice with a due date. All orders must be paid in full before they are processed.

Can I pay for my order upon delivery (COD)?

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be paid for in advance through one of our accepted payment methods.

Can I pay in a physical store (if applicable)?

Yes, you can make payments in person at our physical location, but this is only possible by special arrangement. We accept card payments in-store

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order (e.g., card and gift card)?

Yes, you can use multiple payment methods for one order, such as combining a credit card and a gift card. The available options depend on the payment gateway and the payment methods supported at the time of checkout.

Can I use a gift card to pay for my order?

  • Yes, you can use a gift card (which functions as a value discount coupon) to pay for your order. However, please note that only one discount coupon can be applied per order in our system.
  • If you'd like to use a promotional discount code (such as a 10% off coupon) and pay with the e-card, you won’t be able to apply both in the cart.
  • We recommend that you apply the promotional discount code in the cart first. Then, please provide us with the e-card code, and we will manually apply it as a payment method for your order.

Can I pay using Klarna in your shop?

No, we currently do not support Klarna as a payment method. However, we offer other convenient options, such as direct bank transfers, card payments, and PayPal. That said, we are actively working on integrating Klarna and will offer it very soon!

Can I pay in installments using Apple Pay or PayPal?

Installment payments depend on your payment provider and region. Some services, like PayPal, may offer installments (e.g., Pay in 4). Check directly with your provider for availability.
