How do I report a lower price?
To report a lower price, simply fill out the Price Match Request Form or contact us at support@easy-surfshop.com or call +48 61 666 07 01. Provide us with the product name, the competitor’s lower price, and a link or reference to where you found it.
What conditions apply when reporting a lower price?
The product must be identical in terms of model, size, color, and production year. Only new products from reputable retailers are eligible, and we cannot match prices from marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay. The lower price must be publicly available and verifiable, with the competitor having the product in stock. If you find a lower price after purchasing from us, your request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase.
