Can I cancel my order?

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
• Please note that when an order is paid via card or PayPal, we incur transaction fees. In case of cancellations, we unfortunately lose these fees when processing a refund.
• We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase to help avoid unnecessary cancellations. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the item according to our return policy.
