1. What products can I trade in?
You can trade in selected equipment categories, including:

Kites and kiteboards,

Sails and windsurf boards as well masts and booms if at higher value,

Wings and wing boards,

Foils (accepted on a case-by-case basis).
2. Do I have to be the original owner of the equipment?
Yes, the equipment must belong to you and must not be subject to any third-party claims.
3. How is my equipment valued?
The initial valuation is based on the photos and description you provide, while the final value is confirmed after inspection at EASY-surfshop.
4. Who covers the shipping costs for my equipment?
Shipping to EASY-surfshop is at the customer's expense and risk. You may also drop your gear at our place just visiting us.
5. What if my voucher value is reduced after inspection?
If the equipment does not match the description, we will offer a revised value. You can accept it or arrange for pickup at your own cost.
6. What can I use my voucher for?
The voucher can be used to purchase new equipment within the same category. For example, a traded-in kite can be used to buy a new kite.
7. Does the voucher have an expiration date?
No, Trade-In vouchers do not have an expiration date.
8. Can I return a product purchased using a Trade-In voucher?
Products purchased using a Trade-In voucher are subject to EASY-surfshop’s standard return and exchange policy, but the voucher value is non-refundable in cash.
9. Can I trade in multiple items for a single voucher?
No, each trade-in request must be for a single item. If you have multiple items, you will need to submit separate trade-in applications for each one.
