The e-Gift Card is sent via email as a PDF file to the Buyer's email address. Orders placed during business hours are processed the same day. If an order is placed outside business hours, the e-Gift Card will be sent on the next business day.

No, the e-Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of email delivery and cannot be extended. Any unused balance after expiration will not be refunded.
