1. How and when will the e-Gift Card be delivered?
The e-Gift Card is sent via email as a PDF file to the Buyer's email address. Orders placed during business hours are processed the same day. If an order is placed outside business hours, the e-Gift Card will be sent on the next business day.
2. Can I use multiple e-Gift Cards for one order?
No, only one e-Gift Card can be used per order.
3. Can the e-Gift Card be used in the EASY-surfshop physical store?
No, the e-Gift Card can only be used for purchases made on our online store.
4. Can the e-Gift Card be exchanged for cash?
No, the e-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Can I purchase an e-Gift Card using another e-Gift Card?
No, an e-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another e-Gift Card.
6. Can I apply a discount code when purchasing e-Gift Card?
No, discount codes do not apply to e-Gift Card purchases.
7. Can an e-Gift Card be used multiple times?
No, the full amount of the e-Gift Card must be used in one transaction. Partial redemption is not possible at the moment.
8. Is there a minimum order value to use an e-Gift Card?
No, there is no minimum order value required to use an e-Gift Card.
9. What if the e-Gift Card balance is not enough to cover my order?
If the total purchase amount exceeds the e-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another available payment method.
10. Can I extend the validity period of an e-Gift Card?
No, the e-Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of email delivery and cannot be extended. Any unused balance after expiration will not be refunded.
11. How are refunds handled for orders paid with an e-Gift Card?
If an order paid with an e-Gift Card is refunded, the amount is credited back to the e-Gift Card. If the payment was made partially with e-Gift Card and partially with another payment method, the refund will be split accordingly.
12. Can I return a purchased e-Gift Card?
No, e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
13. What happens if I lose my e-Gift Card email?
Please contact our support team. If the e-Gift Card has not been used, we may be able to resend it to the original email address.
14. Can I transfer my e-Gift Card to someone else?
Yes, e-Gift Cards are transferable. Simply forward the email containing the e-Gift Card to the intended recipient.
15. Do e-Gift Cards cover shipping costs?
Yes, e-Gift Cards can be used to pay for both products and shipping costs.
